SeussicalTheater Class

Join us for a magical journey into the world of Dr. Seuss with Seussical the Musical! This high-energy production brings together some of Dr. Seuss’s most beloved characters—including Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, Mayzie LaBird, and the Whos of Whoville—into a whimsical story about friendship, loyalty, courage, and standing up for what’s right.
Who Can Join:
Open to youth ages 8-15, no previous experience required! Whether your child is new to the stage or has performed before, this is a wonderful opportunity to build skills in acting, singing, dancing, and teamwork.
Sing and Shine Vocal Lessons

Where every voice finds its sparkle! Sing & Shine is Rising Star Performing Arts Academy’s signature vocal program for children and youth. Designed for singers of all levels, this program builds strong vocal technique, stage presence, and confidence in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Through personalized instruction and fun group activities, students learn breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal health, expression, and performance skills. Whether your child dreams of singing on stage or just wants to build confidence through music, Sing & Shine helps every student grow at their own pace. No previous experience required.

Ukulele Isand Vibes

Young performers will deepen their acting skill through imaginative play, scene work, and character developement. This intermediate-level course focuses on voice projection, physical expression, improvisation, and ensemble-building.
Who Can Join:
If you have taken Acting 101 or have been in a RSPAA production in the last year.
In Story to Stage, young storytellers become playwrights! This creative writing and drama class guides students through the exciting process of turning original ideas into short scripts for performance. Students will learn the building blocks of scriptwriting, character, dialogue, setting, and plot - through fun, hands-on activities and group collaboration.
Who Can Join:
4th grade and up. Students need to feel comfortable with reading and writing at their age level.
Grab your ukkulele and catch the rhythm of the islands! In Ukulele Island Vibes, students will learn to strum, sing, and play fun songs that bring the tropical island energy. This class introduces basic chords, strumming patters, and easy melodies, all while encouraging creativity and musical confidence.
Who Can Join:
7 years and up. Ukulele’s are available for use in class if needed.
